Scope and Contents Note This collection is composed of ten photo albums filled with photographs of students and staff of Bookbinders Cafe, located in the basement of the Harden Learning Resources Center. The photographs were taken between 1980 and 1993. The collection also includes news clippings, awards, letters, cards, and a biography of Maggie Britton, the cafe manager.

Scope and Contents note The collection contains the papers of Miriam Hilton. The collection includes drafts, notes, news clippings, alumni questionnaires, and transcriptions of faculty interviews (Meyland, Hedgecock, Wahtera, and O'Dell) relating to her book Northern Michigan University: The First 75 Years. Also included are records relating to Church Women United of Marquette and writings of Hilton's father, Dr. John Elder.

Content Description The Kaye Hall scrapbook was transferred to the Central Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan University Archives by Dan Truckey. The scrapbook includes photographs of Kaye House, John and June Jamrich's life there, and events they sponsored.
