Summary

Richetta talks about his early life in Italy and his reasons for immigrating to the United States as well as details of the trip over. Once here, he worked underground at the Baltic Mine. While there, a strike occurred. He also talks about local Italian life, such as making wine, grappa and sausage; farms; and the Italian Lodges. Recorded at Laurium, Michigan.
