This collection contains numerous volumes of the Midget Quill, a student newspaper for the J.D. Pierce Training School. The quality and scope of content varies from year-to-year. Information covered school activities and also included some short stories and other literary contributions.

Historical Note
The Midget Quill was the student newspaper of the J.D. Pierce Training School. The first edition was published in 1916 and the last in 1924.
