Scope and Contents This collection documents the long history of the Delta Kappa Gamma, Delta Chapter, Society. DKG is a professional organization of women educators. Members must have at least five years experience in education. The national society began in 1929 and the Delta Chapter was established at the Northland Hotel in Marquette in 1939. Scope and Contents Note This collection consists of a scrapbook that documents many of Delta Sigma Nu's activities, such as rush, various parties, and ice sculpture. Items mounted in the scrapbook include a large number of photograps, membership lists, and correspondence. The scrapbook dates from 1957 to 1961.
